The voice that came from the speakers set up in the room, which looked a lot like a patient ward in a hospital, went off. "Please be patient with us and we will have someone here soon to assist you in the rules of the city, which we hope that in time you will come to think of as your new home. It is important that you adjust quickly, we don't want to have to force you into re-education for simple infractions."
On the table next to each bed is a single sheet of paper with rules listed.
!) NO unauthorized music
2) No leaving the city
3) Always obey the security teams
4) De-activation of the tracking chips we have imbedded in you is punishable by death
Leaving the room will show a corridor that seems to be carved out of ice, leading to a surface, with figures seeming to be frozen in the ice at intervals, posed as if trying to keep the ice still. there seems to be something moving in the ice snakelike and dark, though you can't make out what it is exactly. Once you reach the end of the corridor you seem to be in some sort of city, the sky seems to have lights dancing around it.
